Property maintenance

We can offer you different levels of property maintenance.

The lowest level is just the key holding and ventilation. An employee of Indalfutur visits once every ten days your property and ventilates during some hours the property.

The next level is: key holding, ventilation plus watering the plants and maintaining the exterior parts.

Then there exist service packages maintaining the property including the swimming-pool and/or the garden.

As well we can help to prepare your arrival or the arrival of your family or friends. Your property can be cleaned, shutters opened ... exterior cleaned and an arrival package can be placed.
